Earlier this year, Eden Leisure Group and InterContinental Malta proudly donated a total of €33,400 to The Love Kitchen, a community-driven initiative under the Millennium Chapel in Paceville. The funds were raised through our restaurant campaign throughout 2024 and have gone directly toward expanding the Kitchen’s incredible work.
Thanks to your support, our partners, donors, and guests, The Love Kitchen has now extended its operations to two days a week, serving meals every Tuesday and Thursday to an average of 25 individuals per session.
In addition to these regular gatherings, takeaway meals are now also provided to those who are housebound, ensuring that even the most vulnerable are not left behind.
“I’m glad to inform you that we’ve extended the Love Kitchen to two days a week – Tuesdays and Thursdays – and we now serve an average of 25 people each time,” said Fr. Hilary, Director of The Love Kitchen.
“We also provide takeaways for those who are housebound. But all of this is thanks to your grand idea. With your donation, we were able to buy an industrial freezer and fund all the meals served regularly.”
