Eden Leisure Foundation Supports Checkpoint Malta with €1,000 Donation for New Website Development

The Eden Leisure Foundation has donated €1,000 to Checkpoint Malta to support the development of its new website, helping the organisation continue its mission of improving HIV prevention, treatment awareness, and community support across Malta and Gozo.

Checkpoint Malta is a community-based organisation that provides free, fast, anonymous, and confidential testing services, while actively working to reduce stigma surrounding HIV and sexual health. Through education, outreach, and accessible support services, the organisation continues to play an important role in promoting a healthier and more informed society.

The contribution from the Eden Leisure Foundation will assist Checkpoint Malta in strengthening its digital presence, making information and support services more accessible to individuals seeking guidance, testing, and resources.

Speaking on the initiative, Kate de Cesare, Chairperson of the Eden Leisure Foundation, said:

“Checkpoint has done a lot of great work over the years, and we are more than happy to support the important work that they do within our community. We believe that access to information, support, and healthcare services should never be limited by stigma or accessibility.”

The donation forms part of the Foundation’s wider commitment to supporting community and social advancement initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact across Malta.

Through partnerships with organisations working on the frontlines of social wellbeing, the Eden Leisure Foundation continues to support projects that encourage inclusion, education, accessibility, and community care.
